Society has enjoyed ten years of peace. Thanks to the Chimera Ant extermination squad headed by Netero humanity was saved from complete annihilation. Dangerous Chimera Ants were exterminated and those who aided the Hunters were given amnesty. After making a deal with the remaining Chimera Ants the Hunters Association gained a valuable ally. Good things must come to an end, and it seems the peace is slowly drawing to a close. A group of Primitivists with the intent to completely destroy established society is on the rise. The organization is still in the developmental stages and as such they are far from achieving their goal. Despite this the organization is still extremely dangerous, and powerful. The Nen users of the group are on par with even the most skilled of licensed Hunters. An all out war is not far off.
